Cattle Raisers name new Special Ranger for District 27
Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association has named Emil "Sonny" Seewald Special Ranger for District 27. He will be stationed in Atascosa County, and his district will encompass Atascosa, Medina, Bexar, Wilson, Karnes, LiveOak, Bee and San Patricio Counties. more
 

Corn futures hit all time record highs
According to the CME Group, corn and soybean futures surged higher on Thursday on concerns that wet and cold weather across the U.S. Midwest could further damage the new crop and lead to lower than expected yields and possibly a reduction in the overall area expected to be harvested. more
