The District Court in Seattle, Wash. held a brief hearing this morning, then entered a permanent injunction in response to the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) filed by the National Wildlife Federation on July 8, 2008. The Court and the parties agreed this will be the District Court's final action in this case. more
